Job Description :
The Cyber Systems Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and guidance for a variety of IT systems and devices. This includes troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading software, as well as managing user accounts and profiles to meet service level standards. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations within the program.
What You'll Need To Be Successful :
- Provide guidance on issue resolution approaches and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support software and device installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Set up and manage user profiles and accounts, ensuring compliance with response time and quality service level standards.
- Deliver professional-level support for IT, virtual environments, and network functions, addressing diverse technical challenges.
- Demonstrate expertise in administering software systems within virtual machine and container-based hybrid cloud environments.
- Support the configuration, execution, and troubleshooting of virtual environments created by users within PCTE.
- Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Identity Management (IdM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and demands concurrently.
