Top Stack Group has been retained by a healthcare organization with HQ in Norristown, PA to identify an Informatica MDM Tech Lead. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. This is an onsite position in their office in Norristown, PA.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Informatica MDM, with a deep understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, data quality, and governance. This individual will be responsible for leading MDM projects, designing solutions, and providing technical guidance to the team at times.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in Informatica MDM.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, data quality, and data governance.
- Proficiency in Informatica MDM tools and components (CDI, CAI, CLAIRE).
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Informatica MDM certification is preferred.
