What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Manager position at Top Stack?
Top Stack is partnering with a sales organization to find a new Sales Support Manager for their team!
What you'll do:
- Support the sales team with daily activities including, but not limited to, providing reporting data, prices lists, sample order fulfillments, etc.
- Act as a liaison between various internal departments
- Assist the sales team with customer service needs
- Partner with leadership to establish ways to improve work flow and make use of new technology
What you bring:
- 4 years of sales support, account management, or customer service experience
- 2 years of experience managing a team of 2 or more sales individuals
- B2B, manufacturing, or related industry experience
- Go-getter personality that is willing to help support the team wherever needed
- PowerBI, Excel, and/or other data skills are highly preferred
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
