Job Overview
The Senior Manager / Director of Model Risk Management will focus establishing and managing the model risk management program, a comprehensive framework for overseeing and evaluating risk models across the organization. Responsible for ensuring models meet operational needs, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment, the role involves hands-on leadership in the review of advanced model validation techniques, data management, financial services regulatory frameworks, and much more.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in Model Risk Management
- SME in model risk management, model validation
- In-depth experience with data analytics and governance in AI / ML-driven environments
- Industry experience in any of the following : Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management
- Strong proficiency in programming languages
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and their application in model risk management
- Experience in data management, ensuring quality and integrity in large datasets
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
