We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to be the cornerstone of our office operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person for everything from greeting visitors with a warm smile to ensuring our supplies and spaces are always on point. What You'll Do
- People Responsibilities : Welcome visitors, manage the front desk, route calls, and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for all employees and guests. You'll spend 50% of your time on this key responsibility.
- Administrative Support : Handle mail, manage inventory, assist the executive team with administrative tasks, and support sales efforts with research and LinkedIn outreach. You'll spend 35% of your time on this responsibility.
- Meeting & Event Coordination : Schedule meetings, prepare conference rooms, coordinate catering, and ensure events run flawlessly. You'll spend 5% of your time on this responsibility.
- Supply & Equipment Management : Track and order office and kitchen supplies, oversee equipment maintenance and keep the workplace running smoothly. You'll spend 10% of your time on this responsibility.
