About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to be the cornerstone of our office operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person for everything from greeting visitors with a warm smile to ensuring our supplies and spaces are always on point. If you take pride in creating a smooth-running workplace and enjoy building lasting relationships with your team, this is the job for you. This is not an entry-level role, but an integral and very important role in our company. We are looking for someone who truly will enjoy this role for many years to come!

What You'll Do

  • People Responsibilities : Welcome visitors, manage the front desk, route calls, and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for all employees and guests. You'll spend 50% of your time on this key responsibility.
  • Administrative Support : Handle mail, manage inventory, assist the executive team with administrative tasks, and support sales efforts with research and LinkedIn outreach. You'll spend 35% of your time on this responsibility.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination : Schedule meetings, prepare conference rooms, coordinate catering, and ensure events run flawlessly. You'll spend 5% of your time on this responsibility.
  • Supply & Equipment Management : Track and order office and kitchen supplies, oversee equipment maintenance and keep the workplace running smoothly. You'll spend 10% of your time on this responsibility.

  • Our Hiring Process :

    If you meet our qualifications, you'll be notified via text and email to respond to a survey about yourself. Upon completion, we will reach out for a Zoom / Video interview call (about 20-30 mins). Pertaining all goes well you will then come to our office for a final interview.
