HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE - DOWNTOWN (PARKING PAID)
CREDIT AMINISTRATION / OPERATIONS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for transactions within the Operations Department :
Daily
o Process daily booking of loans transactions and placements.
o Process daily borrowings and needed interest accruals.
o Process correspondent bank fees and monitor payment notices.
o Process any daily wire payments and assist with verification of SWIFT messages.
o Process any new facility or facility amendments.
o Process any facility collection of front end and amendment fees.
o Review OFAC matches, override OFAC false hits, and report accordingly.
o Monitor loan and facility reports for any system discrepancies.
o Assist with SBLC issuances and amendments, as needed.
o Serve as a backup to Operations SBLC Specialist.
Monthly
- Process all facility amortizations for front end and amendment fees.
- Process all loan accruals for month-end reporting.
- Assist Operations in providing monthly client position reports.
Quarterly
Experience and Skills :
Finance or banking knowledge of loans and cash management / treasury functions
Knowledge of Trade Finance and standby letters of credit is a plus.
Strong technology skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe).
Excellent oral and written communication skills .
HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE - IN OFFICE DOWNTOWN (PARKING PAID)
