Qualifications:
- minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- supervisory experience of teams 25 - 40
- extensive experience with high-volume/continuous material movement
- experience in the processing of materials (pulp/paper/waste management/mining)
- comfortable in a non-climate controlled dirty environment
- union leadership experience is preferred
- safety-focused
- strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- ability to identify, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities
- familiar with industrial heavy equipment, including maintenance (conveyors, sorting equipment, sizing equipment, etc)
- knowledgeable in shipping and receiving
- proficient at loading/unloading materials efficiently and cost-effectively
- skilled at inventory management
- mechanically inclined, including the ability to inspect the equipment
- comfortable learning and implementing new technologies in a manufacturing setting
- interested in developing and training team
- effective communicator
- computer savvy
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
