Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the Atlanta area with a proven track record in 3PL brokerage within logistics. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who is driven to succeed and eager to contribute to a dynamic, high-performing team.
Position: Account Executive (Sales)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody, GA)
Position Type: On-site
Salary: $60K - $80K commission
Commission/Bonus Structure: Tiered commission
Job Description:
- Drive revenue growth by securing profitable sales and acquiring new accounts
- Develop new accounts until they are ready to be handed off to the account management team
- Manage accounts until they reach a size where they can be transitioned to the account management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 3-5 years of logistics sales experience
Required:
- FTL refrigerated experience preferred but not required (can be produce, as long as it has been refrigerated)
- Open to other modes, provided there is a proven sales track record
- Must be a proactive "sales hunter"
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
