Job description:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional with expertise in Talent Building and Management to join our growing, dynamic team. This dual-focused role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in an environment of change while effectively managing core HR functions. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the recruiting process, upholding organizational strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of engagement and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities in Talent Management:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managers, and candidates.
- Collaborate, develop, and implement talent recruiting and retention strategies.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and succession planning processes.
- Facilitate leadership development programs and performance review processes.
- Lead training programs for new hires, managers, and teams.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR and talent systems (e.g., iCIMS, ServiceNow).
Key Responsibilities in Human Resources:
- Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and company policies.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including handling investigations and conflict resolution.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including logistics, technical, corporate, and sales.
- Develop and enforce workplace policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee onboarding, exit interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Oversee HR processes, such as benefits administration, compensation planning, and payroll coordination.
- Act as a resource for employees on HR policies, programs, and compliance.
- Identify emerging HR trends and propose strategic initiatives for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR laws for U.S.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to perform detailed analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in HR, recruiting systems, and websites.
- Proficiency in operational tools and TMS.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a focus on results.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with an understanding of Mexico labor relations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources with experience recruiting.
- Minimum 3 years experience in employee management.
- Background in logistics, operations, and corporate talent acquisition is highly advantageous.
