Founded in 2017, we are looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our success by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Someone who has excelled with as a full-desk recruiter who has managed the entire hiring processes from start to finish. This includes both business development (finding and managing clients who need to hire) and candidate recruitment (sourcing, screening, and placing job seekers). This role is currently remote with future options of hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles across various industries.
- Drive Client growth through business development efforts regularly
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and find the best talent.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to identify top candidates and grow our talent pool.
- Ensure a smooth candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Must have 4 years of full-desk recruiting, preferably in an agency setting for direct placements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with various recruiting platforms and tools.
- Preferred: BA or BS degree in a related field.
Please note: Base Salary pay is 60-70K, DOE, plus commission
