Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen and Bath Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for installing kitchen and bath fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, and other related components. You will work closely with our design and project management teams and clients to ensure each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You must be comfortable working alone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install kitchen and bath fixtures, including cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and appliances.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.

• Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit and finish.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a kitchen and bath installer or similar role.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on production with compensation ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
