Experience Required:
2 to 6 years of experience in commercial business litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting depositions and handling motion practice.
- Representing clients in court appearances and managing all aspects of litigation.
- Overseeing electronic discovery and case management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $123,000 to $165,000 (based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors).
