Litigation Attorney (White Collar) - Washington, D.C.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled mid to senior-level Litigation Attorney with 7 years of experience to join their Litigation Business Unit in Washington, D.C. Candidates must be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to waive into the D.C. bar without examination.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience with financial services investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and litigation involving agencies such as the SEC, FINRA, and the PCAOB.
- Demonstrated expertise in trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom proceedings, including motion practice, depositions, and discovery management.
- Exceptional advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $175,000 - $200,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule.
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, training, internal equity, and market data.
