Our client is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their prestigious Public M&A team within the Global M&A Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on prominent, high-profile M&A deals within their nationally recognized Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Public M&A Transactions: Manage M&A transactions for public companies, covering both sell-side and buy-side deals, while ensuring compliance with relevant securities laws.
  • General Transactional Experience: Utilize your broad M&A and transactional background to help execute and finalize complex deals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of M&A and transactional experience within a respected law firm.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and draft legal documents effectively.
  • Credentials: Strong academic performance and relevant experience in top law firms.
  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligible to be admitted in a timely manner.
  • Deal Sheet: A detailed deal sheet is required as part of the application process.
