About the Role
Our client is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join their Real Estate and Land Use practice group in their Chicago office. The firm’s real estate practice is highly regarded and nationally integrated, with a collaborative team of 12 attorneys and professionals in Chicago and over 50 members nationwide.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, zoning, land use, and asset management. The firm’s clients span a wide range of industries, including institutional investors, lenders, private equity firms, developers, health systems, renewable energy companies, start-ups, and franchise organizations.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow their expertise in real estate law. The firm prioritizes collaboration, training, and professional development, fostering an environment where associates can thrive.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
Strong experience with any combination of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and land use matters.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
