HR Generalist
We’re seeking a proactive and bilingual Spanish HR Generalist to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of HR to manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, payroll, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact across all areas of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Lead new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Support the employee offboarding and termination process with professionalism and care
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough and timely workplace investigations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR best practices
- Provide guidance and support to managers on various HR matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
- Experience with employee relations and conducting investigations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
