What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct engaging phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate potential.
- Review resumes and interview feedback to make informed hiring recommendations.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet and exceed weekly goals related to outreach, calls, and emails.
