We are seeking a motivated onsite Inside Sales Representative with mechanical expertise to support our customers and drive sales growth. You will leverage your technical knowledge to consult on product usage, troubleshoot issues, and develop relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers on technical product inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in bid proposals and advice on product selection and cost evaluations.
- Conduct product testing and perform calculations for specific applications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate accurate quotes and ensure customer needs are met.
- Manage customer service inquiries and follow up on orders to maintain strong relationships.
- Recommend inventory changes and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- Identify opportunities to support customer business growth through exceptional service.
