Accounts Payable Representative
Location : Ridgefield, NJ (Fully Onsite)
Schedule : Mon–Thurs 9AM–5 : 30PM, Fri 9AM–1PM
Salary Range : $50,000–$55,000
Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is sociable, communicative, and eager to learn, with a background in accounting (either through education or experience) and QuickBooks expertise. This role require strong organizational skills and a willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately review, process, and record vendor invoices.
Maintain relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
Manage outgoing payments while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Track and categorize company expenses efficiently.
Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications :
Proficient in QuickBooks.
Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
Sociable and team-oriented personality.
Background in accounting (education or 2-5 year of work experience required).
Ready-to-learn attitude with strong organizational skills.
