Customer Service Representative
DEPARTMENT : CDPAP
REPORTS TO : Senior CS Rep
LOCATION : Ramsey, NJ POSITION SUMMARY : Assisting individuals with application and onboarding process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assists Consumers and Personal Assistants with PPL Transfers.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and pleasantly.
- Respond to missed calls / emails in a timely manner.
- Ensures all paperwork is current.
- Follows process to communicate issues immediately.
- Works with all departments to accommodate specific needs and appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Consumer interactions, assessments, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and accountability.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
SALARY : $19-23 / hour DOE
