Job Title:HR Manager

Location:Boro Park – Brooklyn, NY

Salary:$80,000 - $90,000 per year

Hours:9 AM - 5 PM (additional hours as needed)

Work Schedule:5 days a week, on-site

JobOverview:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable HR Manager who embodies our conservative values and prioritizes employee relations. This role will focus on coaching managers on employee issues, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that all employees feel heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance
• Coach and support managers on effective handling of employee issues and performance management
• Conduct performance reviews and provide insights to enhance employee development
• Proactively engage with employees by walking around the office and being approachable for informal discussions
• Create and maintain an open-door policy to encourage communication across all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with company values and culture
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect conservative values while promoting a positive workplace environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience
• Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be a "people person."
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
• Familiarity with performance management processes and best practices
