- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience
- Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be a "people person."
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Familiarity with performance management processes and best practices
