Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join the Operations Finance Team, as a senior financial analyst to provide analytical support, and drive company initiatives and continued growth. The Sr Financial Analyst contributes to the generation and analysis of financial and operational results. This role delivers key financial reporting to senior leaders of the finance and operational teams. A successful candidate is able to recognize and adjust to change, create disciplined processes, and act as an independent decision maker who will utilize team collaboration. The right individual for this role has a passion for excellence, great attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization.

Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent, is required
Experience
Type of Travel Required: National
Amount of Travel Required: Approximately 10%
POSITION LOCATION: Daytona Beach, FL- Hybrid option available: 3 days onsite in Daytona Beach

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.
Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.

Responsibilities
- Develops and generates accurate financial reports including analytical insights to support the finance organization.
- Increases team productivity through report automation and advanced analytics (Excel/ Power BI/ Alteryx) assisting organization on finance transformation journey.
- Provides key reporting during the monthly financial close process, while also analyzing business drivers.
- Performs ad-hoc analysis where strong excel skills and analytic background is essential.
- Prepares presentation material for use in leadership discussions.
- Acts as liaison between field management and branch support center with direction from Operations Finance Leadership Team
- Conducts market and operational research to identify trends in the business.
- Partner with field leaders to assist in driving operational results with a focus on sales, margin, and operating cost.
- Supports the business through merger and acquisition activity.
- Participates in the monitoring of controls related to company assets.
- Evaluates project viability utilizing ROI and capital investment analysis.
- Continuously strives for professional development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Overtime and weekend work required, on as needed basis.
- Must have advanced or expert skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred skills in Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Alteryx or similar.
- Experience working with large-scale data, reporting tools, and other financial systems.
- Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills.
- Analytic skills with an ability to explain results in an easy to understand manner.
- Ability to work independently, in partnership with others, and in a collaborative role.
- Ability to prioritize workload to achieve effective results in a fast-paced and growing environment.
