Topche & Company LLC, a full-service, progressive, boutique accounting and business consulting firm located in Cranford, NJ, provides creative solutions to complex business and personal financial and tax issues. We offer the quality service of a large public accounting firm. However, what sets us apart is our creativity, our breadth of experience and close personal service.

We currently have a career opportunity at the manager level for a high-achieving, motivated, well-rounded self-starter with a minimum of 8 years of tax and accounting and audit experience in public accounting to manage tax, audit and accounting engagements for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. You will review and prepare complex business and individual tax returns, complete tax research and planning, review compilations, reviews, and audits, while developing and cultivating professional client relationships.

You will be expected to identify issues and propose solutions, ensure that job execution, documentation and completion adheres to firm policies, procedures and deadlines.

There will be a clear path to partnership for the right individual.
