The Tax Manager will oversee all tax related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. They will be responsible for managing a team and providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including individual and business tax returns.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
- Manage and develop a team of tax professionals.
- Review and analyze tax provisions, payments, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax information.
- Manage relationships with external tax consultants and government agencies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas of risk and implement corrective actions.
- CPA certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in tax management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
