Position Description
- Assist Estimating and Preconstruction Team with coordinating contract documents: plans, specifications, addenda, bid forms, etc.
- Initiate document setup for bidding projects and prepare drawings in Bluebeam
- Monitor Estimating E-Mail and assist with communication regarding bid invitations
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain database software and assist with file maintenance
- Assist with proposal and pre-qualification materials as needed
- Coordinate with administrative team members to accomplish daily tasks
- Assist related companies/departments with special projects
- The freedom to complete work assignments with as much or little support as needed
Position Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
