As an scheduling coordinator/office assistant, you will be doing a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, scanning and filing documents, billing customers, receiving and accurately recording payments, sorting and distributing mail, and other tasks as required. This individual will be working with other team members to maintain the professionalism and accuracy that Topeka Landscape is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments.
- Scanning documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Open and sort mail.
- Enter and correctly allocate payments.
- Send out invoices in a timely manner.
- Be a good team member.
- Have a good attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
o Two years’ experience in customer service / office setting
o Excellent time management skills
o Computer literacy
o Proficient at Microsoft Outlook
o Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
