About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer/Production Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This hybrid role will require 3 days per week onsite in Somerset County, NJ. You will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and impactful design solutions for our healthcare/medical device clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Production: Create a wide range of print and digital materials, including sales aids, tradeshow graphics, banners, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
- Production Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the production process, from concept to final output, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that effectively communicate complex messages.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and production
- Proven experience working with healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical clients
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Microsoft Office, and Workfront
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
