We’re experiencing tremendous growth, and we’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our awesome Topgolf team! Our fast-paced environment means we’re managing a high volume of job openings, with a laser focus on top-notch communication and customer service with our hiring managers. You’ll bring solid expertise in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and negotiating offers for exempt-level roles across our U.S. venues.

A key part of this role will be taking on the strategy and subject matter expert (SME) responsibilities for all things hourly hiring. You’ll focus on driving the recruitment strategy for high-volume roles such as servers, bartenders, event hosts, and more, while ensuring that we're attracting and hiring top talent quickly and efficiently. You’ll be a trusted resource for best practices, processes, and tactics, supporting our teams to meet staffing needs and keep our venues buzzing with energy. Job Responsibilities

  • Create, post, and maintain job descriptions and advertisements for open positions.
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria. Meet with hiring managers on regular cadence to discuss progress of openings and set expectations on deliverables.
  • Source, prescreen, and coordinate interviews for exempt level positions assigned.
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with hiring managers and within the guidance of compensation policy.
  • Use a wide variety of strategic resources to rapidly identify highly qualified, passive candidates in a cost-effective manner. Screen and interview candidates and provide selection consultation to hiring managers.
  • Utilize internal applicant tracking system to review candidate applications and maintain candidate progress.
  • Track and improve your “batting average,” which includes time to fill, while never forgetting that these statistics are secondary to getting the right person for the job.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.


Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • 5 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience (Agency or Corporate experience preferred)
  • Experience with ATS (Workday) and MS Office products (Preferred)
  • Previous experience supporting hourly hiring initiatives – you’re no stranger to recruiting for high-turnover, fast-paced roles like servers, bartenders, event hosts, and more.
  • Top-notch communication skills – you know how to influence and make recommendations that land, plus you're a pro at presenting to any audience.
  • Creative sourcing pro – whether it’s cold calling, Internet searches, networking, or database mining, you’ve got it covered.
  • Strong client service, negotiation, and closing skills – you know how to make things happen.
  • Polished phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master of time management – multitasking and staying organized are your superpowers.
  • Sharp critical thinking and decision-making abilities – you know how to think on your feet.
  • A high sense of urgency – you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and always keep things moving!
