Job Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Partner closely with venue leadership to assess hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both salaried and hourly positions.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions efficiently while prioritizing urgent hiring needs.
- Lead initiatives focused on improving hourly hiring processes and enhancing candidate engagement.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in talent acquisition efforts.
- 3 years of full life cycle recruiting in the hospitality, food & beverage, or entertainment industry for management level roles
- 2 years of experience leading hourly hiring initiatives for multiples locations across a region or market
- Excellent client service, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent phone presence with polished verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing environments
- Strong multi-tasking skills and organization skills
- High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
