Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support our venue leadership team in filling management level roles and driving hiring strategies for hourly roles. This position involves collaborating with management to identify hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies, and streamlining the hiring process. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sourcing talent are essential.

This role is based at our Dallas Home Office and requires on-site presence four days a week.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Partner closely with venue leadership to assess hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both salaried and hourly positions.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions efficiently while prioritizing urgent hiring needs.
• Lead initiatives focused on improving hourly hiring processes and enhancing candidate engagement.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in talent acquisition efforts.
  
  
  

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• 3 years of full life cycle recruiting in the hospitality, food & beverage, or entertainment industry for management level roles
• 2 years of experience leading hourly hiring initiatives for multiples locations across a region or market
• Excellent client service, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent phone presence with polished verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing environments
• Strong multi-tasking skills and organization skills
• High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
