Position Overview:
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks to maintain stability and growth.

Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a multi-million dollar business

Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 per year plus BONUSES
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM in office
