Position Summary
The WTA 250 event, Tennis in the Land, is seeking a Ticket Operations Intern to join our team. The Ticket Operations Intern will coordinate all aspects of the ticketing software, including managing inventory, building and editing products and buy flows, accurate backend pricing, and compliance. The Ticket Operations Intern will be responsible for coordinating policies and procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and distributing timely sales reports. This position reports into the Tournament Director, Tennis in the Land. Start date is flexible, end date is August 31st, 2025

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all facets of the daily back- and front-end operations, ensuring compliance with Tennis in the Land.
- Assist in reviewing ticketing needs and procedures with venue users; prepare events for system sale, including event builds in the ticketing system.
- Provide detailed sales and financial reports on a timely basis; maintain all ticket office records.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to develop and grow specified programs.
- Maintain, organize, and handle all sales and ticketing needs for specified programs and productions. May run reports for department management as required.
- Handle cash and credit card deposits and reconciliation of event transactions.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in SeatGeek a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively advise Senior Leadership on best practices and recommendations.
- Experience establishing operational plans and managing and completing complex projects in advance of deadlines.
- Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
