Your Role:
Solar Energy Consultant (Outside Sales) As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Topp Home, working directly with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of going solar. You’ll work closely with our, Outside Marketing Director, Sales Manager and VP of Sales to develop your territory and close deals.

- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar and guide them through the decision-making process
- Develop and manage leads through door-to-door canvassing (D2D), referrals, and digital outreach
- Utilize company CRMs and tech tools to track leads, schedule consultations, and follow up effectively
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops with top-performing solar leaders
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing Topp Home’s values and mission Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to hit sales goals
- Strong analytical skills to clearly explain financial benefits to homeowners
- Reliable transportation (travel within a 60-mile radius of Camp Hill, PA) Compensation & Benefits
