Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online communication platforms.
• Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities, present products and services, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
• Lead Management: Qualify and manage inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent pipeline activity.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in the [industry-specific field] is a plus).
• Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
