The ideal candidate will have a solid background in driving results through others, business acumen, and building partnerships. Business is booming, and as we continue to grow, you would be responsible for maintaining brand standards, driving new store growth, and preparing franchisees for growth.
You are passionate about business analytic plans, improving current reporting processes, and making proposals of profitable business decisions that are based on data, analytics, and insights. This position supports the stakeholders with analytics and financial statistics, provides input on the design, coordinates efforts across business lines gathering the data for validation and calculation. The Financial Analyst has a key role in better data-based decision-making and driving improvements in analytics capabilities across the company.
The Financial Analyst is a full-time position and will report to the CFO. This is a hybrid position based out of Whitewater, Wisconsin, working 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days at home every week. You will be responsible for supporting Toppers Pizza in the following ways:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and financial models to support financial metric reporting.
- Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- Deliver reporting and analysis in a timely manner to support organizational decisions.
- Use financial insights and data that support an organization’s growth, profitability and decision-making processes.
- Consult with senior management to guide and influence long term strategic decision making.
- Use financial data and modeling to advise senior management on improving performance, minimizing risks and capturing new business opportunities.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential impacts on financial outcomes and identify potential risks and/or opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting and analyses processes.
- Educate and train staff on the use of data tools and resources to improve data literacy across the organization.
- Any other duties as needed
- Ability to lift heavy items, sometimes in excess of 15 lbs.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or similar field.
- At least 5 -7 years of Business experience, preferably within Finance, Controlling, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- ECBA Certified
- Prior Experience with power BI, Analysis Services, Excel experience with Pivot Tables.
