QA Supervisor
Summary
Directs and coordinates quality inspection of parts, components, and materials produced by manufacturing processes by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Performs daily safety patrols
· Support Quality Control system
· Maximize Utilization of labor to ensure efficiency
· Ability to collect, interpret data and implement process improvements
· Interpret and communicate company rules and enforces rules and policies
· Assist workers in resolving work related problems
· Improve Colleague Skill Set through training
· Understand Quality and Mfg requirements to schedule daily work activities

Directly supervises employees in the Quality Department and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
