About the Role - This role involves providing Japanese-English interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and on the production floor, translating technical documents, emails, and reports between Japanese and English, supporting data analysis and process improvement initiatives in the production department, facilitating effective communication between local staff and Japanese-speaking team members, and assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide Japanese-English interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and on the production floor.

Qualifications
Pay range and compensation package - Annual salary : $50,000–$60,000, based on experience. Relocation assistance : Up to $3,000 (depending on location). Additional benefits in accordance with company policy.
