PRESS SUPERVISOR Metal Stamping

Summary

• Directs and Develops Team Leaders and Operators in the Press Dept.
• Analyze problems and take action to show results based on data and facts and not opinion.
• Maintains and promotes fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
• Track quantified progress based on Company Goals and Objectives.
• Initiate Gorika activities and promote daily improvement by all employees to support Company goals.
• Cover role of Senior Supervisor/ Assistant Manager during absence.

• Maintain and Audit Safety Awareness Ensure C/M's implemented on time.
• Maintain and Audit 5s System
• Audit Standardized Work
• Audit Effectiveness of Safety Kaizens/ Countermeasures
• Monitor Findings Through KPI (PDCA)
  
  

Quality

• Audit Standardized Work (4M Method) Ensure C/M's implemented on time
• Audit Effectiveness of Countermeasures (PDCA) Make plan to keep hold area clean
• Audit and Monitor Change Point
  
  

Productivity

• Audit Standardized Work (4M Method) Be able to Calculate Eff and make plan
• Track SPM Trends and Countermeasures
• Identify and Implement Efficiency Improvement Opportunities
• React to Abnormal Conditions and Implement Actions to Maintain Productivity
• Monitor Scrap and Implement Countermeasures (PDCA)
