Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure food is prepared according to customer order instructions
- Deliver all food orders to designated location on time
- Execute layout design for food presentations
- Work in collaboration with restaurant managers and staff for food preparation, pick up times and any adjustment or changes to orders
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests at scheduled events
- Assist with responding to customer order request, general inquiries, and concerns in an expedient manner.
- Assists in the operations of the restaurant as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve customer issues
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Professional appearance and conduct required as a representative of Tops
- Work with independently with little supervision
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a clean MVR report
- Reliable transportation with state required auto insurance coverage.
- Must be able to operate company vehicles in accordance with company policy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
