Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, and package product to meet customer needs
- Maintain shelves and cases by proper stocking, cleaning, straightening, and watering to create an appealing display
- Rotate products to ensure the freshest produce is available to customers
- Fulfill customer orders for items such as fruit or vegetable platters, baskets, etc.
- Maintain a clean department and adhere to all health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
