About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Produce Clerk to join our team at Tops Friendly Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process and prepare produce for sale, including wrapping, slicing, weighing, marking, and packaging products.
- Maintain a clean and organized department by stocking shelves, cleaning cases, straightening displays, and watering plants.
- Rotate produce regularly to ensure the freshest items are available to customers.
- Fulfill special orders for items such as fruit or vegetable platters, baskets, and other custom arrangements.
Requirements:
- Able to work flexible schedules, including full-time and part-time shifts.
