Topsarge Business Solutions is hiring two qualified logistics training professionals to develop, one Supply, the ohterMaintenance, and deliver sustainment-focused training for the U.S. Army Reserve under the 81st Readiness Division's Logistic Sustainment Training Program (LSTP). These are full-time positions located in Anniston, Alabama at the Army Reserve Facility (Nord Hall, former Fort McClellan).
The selected candidate will first develop technical curriculum and instructional materials, then transition into classroom delivery of training to Army Reserve civilian technicians. The training program supports Area Maintenance Support Activities (AMSAs) and Equipment Concentration Sites (ECSs) and is designed to reinforce maintenance and supply skill sets, particularly those involving GCSS-Army.
Responsibilities include designing lesson plans and evaluations, incorporating hands-on training aids, managing classroom activities, delivering instruction, and maintaining curriculum documents. Training content will focus on maintenance and supply sustainment operations in support of Army Reserve logistics readiness.
Minimum requirements:
- At least five years of experience in military logistics, either maintenance or supply roles
- A minimum of two years of experience as a course instructor or trainer
- Experience using GCSS-Army as a maintenance or supply end-user
- (Supply) Knowledge of Power BI and the Decision Support Tool (for supply instruction)
- (Maintenance) Familiarity with diagnostic tools, air conditioning systems, and welding
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience developing or updating Army training curriculum
- Background as an instructor in institutional settings such as NCOA or logistics schools
- Experience working with Army Reserve or civilian technician personnel
- Military service at E7-CW3 level or GS-09/11 in logistics
- Army Instructor certification (e.g., ITC, SGITC)
This is an on-site role with a regular weekday schedule and limited travel. The position starts with curriculum development before transitioning to training delivery.
