Roofing Foreman

***MUST HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE POSITION.

Jobsite Roofing Foreman Duties:

• Introduce yourself to customers and manage the jobsite; customers, materials, and employees.
• Keep in contact with customers (i.e. call when leaving yard to give eta, let them know when leaving, etc.)
• Perform work on project detailed in scope of work:
• Replace damaged or rotting joists or plywood
• Install vapor barriers or layers of insulation
• Install ventilation systems
• Install shingles, asphalt, metal, or other materials to make the roof weatherproof
• Inspect problems that arise in a project to determine the best way to repair them
• Measure roofs to calculate the quantities of materials if needed and ensure all materials are there to complete job.
• Perform walk through with customer upon completion to insure customer and job satisfaction.

• Must have a drivers license, vehicles provided.
• Bilingual a plus

Required Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift 70 lbs and climb up and down ladders to minimum height of 40 ft
• Authorized to work in the United States
