Job Responsibilities
- Supervise shift operations and assistant managers
- Manage restaurant marketing and promotions
- Oversee departmental responsibilities
- Process payroll bi-weekly
- Coach and develop managers and new team members
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment
- Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant manager preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 35-70 pounds and spend 100% of shift standing or walking
