What are the responsibilities and job description for the SALES – High-End Custom Homes position at Topsider Homes?
Topsider Homes, designer and fabricator of high-end custom post & beam homes, sold and shipped worldwide in component form since 1968, is expanding its INSIDE sales force and seeks career-oriented relationship sales professionals. All sales efforts are responsive to inquiries made by prospective clients (NO cold calls), no travel. Heavy in-coming lead volume. We do not sell modular or mobile homes – and we are not a builder. COMPENSATION: $75k to $150k - Base salary plus commission – Realistic 6 figure earnings.
EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have professional sales experience, preferably in upscale consumer products (e.g., real estate, new home construction, remodeling, kitchen cabinet sales, etc.), and MUST have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of residential building – we will train those with some basic knowledge. Computer and Internet literacy are requirements, as is the ability to craft written correspondence. Well-traveled candidates have an advantage, as our clients build throughout the US and abroad.
