Job Title : Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location : Orlando

Salary : Starting at $50,000 per year

Job Type : Full-time Monday - Friday

Position Overview :

The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

REQUIRED!! Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and / or accounts receivable is a MUST!!!
Bilingual is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable :

Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks and electronic payments.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Accounts Receivable :

Generate and send out invoices to clients and customers.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

Process incoming payments and apply them to appropriate accounts.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and / or accounts receivable.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
