What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at TopTier Wireless LLC?
Overview
We are looking for an office/warehouse manager for our electronics wholesale company. Our company, TopTier Wireless, is a global wholesaler of handheld electronics such as cell phones, laptops, and tablets. We also operate several retail stores in the NYC and NJ area. You will primarilty be working on site in our Northvale office, but will need to take trips to our retail stores as well on an as-needed basis to pick up/drop off product. Having a vehicle is a must, however gas and tolls are expensed by the company.
Duties
- Manage a team of 2-3 other full time and part time employees on site
- Quality control of products
- Verification of data entry to ensure accuracy
- Helping team with large scale orders that need to be shipped via USPS or FedEx
- Handling returned merchandise as well as remote customer service with our clients
- Traveling to our retail stores on an as needed basis, traveling to USPS and FedEx to drop off parcels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Experience with hiring and maintaining a team of employees
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to develop training programs that enhance employee skills.
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle
Pay starts at $49,500, gas and tolls are at company expense.
