- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting as needed.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Support office management by implementing efficient procedures and workflows.
- Assist by performing data entry and maintain accurate records for various administrative tasks.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in clerical duties with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in administrative roles with a focus on office management.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is a must.
