We are seeking an Office Coordinator, supporting our Receptionista (receptionist/barista) & events functions to join our team who is excited about hospitality and embodies and promotes our people centric approach with every team member and visitor that enters our building (a.k.a. The Flavor Factory). Our team members, guests and vendors are welcomed with a genuine personalized experience where they feel the Torani love. This hands-on, quick-stepped, and resourceful team member will be on their toes throughout the day, greet and engage with team members, check-in guests, prepare beverages, answer multi-line phone calls, and assist team members with inquiries.

Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of experience in reception and/or customer service
- Prior experience working as a barista and knowledge of classic espresso beverages, and latte art preferred
- Event planning skills preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Spanish speaking bi-lingual a plus
Payrate: $33.00 - $36.00/ Hour
