Torch Technologies is seeking a mid-level Administrative Analyst to support the SMDC Center of Excellence (CoE) with data management, reporting, and general administrative support. This role involves maintaining databases, streamlining reports, analyzing data, assisting with process improvements, and handling personnel actions.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks (filing, typing, scanning, etc.), including processing and handling personnel actions.
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Automate and optimize monthly reports (headcount, open positions, turnover, etc.).
- Design, format, and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and present weekly updates on personnel actions to customer senior leaders during staff call meetings.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain quality service standards and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables, automation).
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present insights clearly to leadership.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
